We priced the home right. Every detail was handled smoothly, and no one seemed to mind all of my questions. This was my first time selling a house, and only my second time buying one. It had been 22 years since I purchased my first home, so I very much felt like a first time home buyer. Regarding buying a house, Joe shared his knowledge and perspectives with me, which helped me feel reassured and empowered. He did a great job putting my offer in quickly and negotiating with the seller on my behalf. He was thorough, prompt, and a great communicator. This was an extraordinary experience!! Megan, Natalie and whole team were, from day one, completely committed to the task of selling our home. They prepared and professionally organized everything and the house was listed, at a good price for us, on a Friday afternoon. We got the first visit on Saturday morning. On Sunday morning we got the verbal offer to buy the house at the listed price and on Monday the documents were there!! This speed was, in my opinion, due to the excellent preparation they had before and behind the curtains. Should I ever need a realtor in this area, I would definitely call Megan. Thanks!!
