When buying my first home I ended up using Ricardo Hidalgo as my relator. The reason was he always got back to me fast (10min to early the next day if texting/calling after 11pm) and always been upfront and honest with everything he said and if he didn't know the answer he would tell me and get back to me with an answer ( Trust but verify, and his information was always correct).He also made the buying process easy and helped me along the way and even went above and beyond what I expected of him to do.We keep in tabs with each other even to this day and if/when I buy or sell again it will be through him as trust hard to earn and I trust him.

Were moving from California which made it a challenge searching for houses in Florida but Ricardo made the house buying process pretty seamless.
