Wanted to share what an amazing realtor Amber is. She was more than willing to travel hours in every direction to view houses in at least a dozen towns to visit potential homes and made it feel like a field trip with a friend. With knowledge of construction and home condition warning flags, she points concerns out you may not have noticed. Lynne was great to work with in my home buying process at a very challenging time in my life. She was supportive and responsive. She checked in throughout the process often and helped negotiate the home price down, along with other things in the inspection. She was also very personable and sweet, which made the process fun !

James was amazing! It was our first time buying a house and had little to no knowledge of the whole process he was patient and explained everything in terms wed understand. He communicated through every step as well as after closing to check in! Any thing he found hed point out instead of letting us miss things that would need to be fixed. Hed answer our text from morning to night. Id definitely recommend him for anybody in the market looking to buy! He made sure we stayed in our price range and let us know how to get things cheaper.

James was very helpful for our first home buying process. We looked at several homes, maybe more than 10. There were a lot of extreme fixer uppers, but he was patient with helping us find a home that was move in ready that just needed a few simple updates like fresh paint and flooring.
