I'm an out-of-town investor. I first met Aaron when he looked at two houses for me when I was buying the notes on them and becoming the lender. He spent time even though there was no immediate gain for him. Two years later I was back needing to sell one of those houses. Aaron oversaw the renovation and got an offer within a few days. I've never had a realtor go so far for me and handle things so very well. Even though this wasn't a typical transaction, Aaron's willingness to do whatever it takes to win a great success for a client would be a gift to anyone needing to do any kind of real estate deal. I can't recommend him highly enough!

My husband and I have bought two homes with Aaron over the past four years and will DEFINIELY use him again in the future. Both of our properties were in town (Midtown/Highlands area) and he had to really hustle to make both of them happen for us. One was being bought out of a contentious divorce and the other was a short sale. He returned every phone call, chased down every piece of paperwork, ran down every lead and did a great job of holding the other parties accountable. Aaron helped my wife and I close on our first ever home after an 8 month long search. Being first time home buyers, we were novices when it came to navigating the housing market and Aaron was great throughout the whole process in helping us get through it all and answering our layman questions. We visited a numerous amount of houses over the course of 8 months and Aaron was extremely candid in his feedback on each house. Often times you hear horror stories about realtors intent on just lining their own pockets and trying to push overpriced expensive houses on you but you could really tell Aaron had our best interest in mind.
