I knew what I wanted in a home and had a budget I wanted to stay with. Aaron and his partner, Anthony, took the time to understand my taste and the style of home I wanted. I had done some online looking and Aaron helped me focus by eliminating those which were not good fits. His understanding of the market and the value of the houses we looked at helped narrow the choices. When I liked something that he, based on homework and knowledge, could tell me whether it was fairly priced. I trusted his opinion. When we looked at homes that had potential but would need renovation, he/they were excellent in visualizing and pointing out the pros and cons of what I was thinking of doing. Much of my time searching was from a distance and we did a few facetime walk throughs. I had to rely on their personal opinion of the house. When they said "you have to see this one" I flew down to Florida. They were right! In a relatively short period of time, he found the house that had the floor plan, the view, and the amenities I wanted in the price range I was looking to spend. He has a good eye and truly understands the market and the customer! Aaron and his partner Anthony are a pleasure to work with I highly recommend working with him/them.

Aaron and Anthony found the right renters for my rental property. They listened to my needs and preferences, knew what the market would bear for rent, stayed in touch, and did their job efficiently. They also tend to go over and above what most other agents would do. I recommended them to a friend whose home they sold in one day. They even helped her pack! I would use Aaron and Anthony in the future and would certainly recommend them. I trust them to have my back.

Aaron and his partner sold my condo in 3 weeks. I was very impressed with them until my closing. For some reason, Aaron was not informed about the changed date. We waited for him at the closing and then called his partner. Aaron was away. He called us back and was extremely rude, used inappropriate language, and ill tempered. Due to his behavior, I would not recommend him.

Aaron and his partner, Anthony, were instrumental in selling my condo in 3 weeks. Everything was fine until the closing on my purchase. Somehow he was not notified of the closing date and was very crude and rude when the closing attorney called him. It was very embarrassing.
