Look no further! If you are trying to find the right agent, Aaron is your guy. I moved to Delaware in 2007, and can share numerous stories of friends that have struggled with buying/selling their home. In most of these instances, they received bad advice or were dealing with an agent who wasn't looking out for the buyer's/seller's best interests. When I purchased my home in 2009, I went with an agent who was referred by a family member. The agent had been in the business for awhile, and appeared disinterested and almost annoyed by the whole process. When it came time to sell our home in 2017, I vowed to take time and interview a few agents until I found the right one. I met with about 5 or 6 agents from different companies, and still wasn't totally comfortable and ready to make a decision. That's when I received a voice message from Aaron. About 1 week prior to his call, I had listed my house on Zillow through their "Make Me Move" option - just to test the market. Aaron had seen the listing and contacted me, but I was busy with work so he left a message. The next day when I came home from work, there was a hanger on my front door - from Aaron. I thought to myself, "This guy seems pretty persistent, he called and drove all the way out to my house with no guarantee of financial return." I've worked in sales for the last 14 years, so I know how difficult it can be to keep faith in hard work paying off without seeing an immediate return. I contacted Aaron and we met. He walked me through the whole process and took time listen to questions. This is probably one of his most unique qualities, being able to listen and provide accurate advice. And if he doesn't know the answer, he doesn't make it up. He tells you he's not sure, and follows up in a day or two with the correct answer. Needless to say, the meeting went well and I decided to give him a shot. My house was listed in June 2017, we found a buyer by August 2017, and closed September 2017. In this time period, I spoke with Aaron quite a few times with questions or concerns. He was always truly interested and engaged in the process, his attitude was always positive. At closing, I was nervous as this was my first time selling and I wasn't sure what to expect. Aaron was a calming factor and very helpful. After we left the meeting, Aaron and I spoke for about 15 minutes - just about some of the things going on in our lives. Most importantly to me, I didn't feel like another number. He didn't close the sale and hurry off to another appointment. Another unique quality possessed by few, he took the time to make sure I felt important. Since closing in September - I've received 2 or 3 calls or texts, along with a few emails. Aaron following up just to see how I'm doing. And the effort is genuine, not just an attempt to get another sale or referrals. I truly believe he makes the effort because it is who he is. He treats others the way he would want to be treated.

I recently worked with Aaron to sell my home. Aaron was very patient and understanding while working with me. Aaron was able to walk me through the process while answering any questions that I had in regards to paperwork or other aspects. Aaron was also very persistent and proactive with strategies to sell my home. I look forward to working with Aaron again in the future and would recommend him to anyone with real estate needs.

We werent the easiest clients to deal with. We contacted Aaron to help us find property to build our retirement home on. He did an outstanding job only for us to do a 180 on him. While driving back to Catskill New York, Aaron happened to send us market comparisons. In the comparisons was a dream house. It was scheduled for an open house on Sunday and we couldnt go back.
