Having studied and lived in Santa Cruz, I have for many years been interested in acquiring some property to use in the summers whilst visiting family and to rent out for the rest of the year. Having been introduced to Aaron through a common friend, I decided to make this desire into a reality and hired Aaron to do scouting for me. I had access to the usual real estate sites, but needed somebody local whom I could trust to do the actual footwork for me. I worked with Aaron on the next couple of visits to the Bay Area, spending much time with him discussing what I want, viewing many properties, and discussing the financial ramifications of the various prospects, which finally led to the purchase of a property. Aaron is a fantastic realtor who takes an innovative, creative approach when marketing homes for sale. He uses the latest technology, such as virtual tours, to market homes to the widest number of prospective buyers. He's an expert on Santa Cruz County and is full of helpful advice. I've been to open houses that he's hosted and was very impressed by his professionalism as well as the staging of the homes.

We had a challenging house to sell with a lot of outdated features. Aaron was able to help us identify what was most important to potential buyers and focus on those things, without making a lot of unnecessary fixes. He also went out of his way in finding comparable houses that were currently on the market and researching what was interesting buyers in those houses. In the end he was able to find a buyer for more than our asking price. He was also excellent in dealing with the all the paperwork in an incredibly efficient manner.
