Aaron Rabins

Aaron was a true professional and delight to work with during the acquisition process of our new home in the Club Cottages in Cordillera. We met Aaron one snowy January afternoon during an open house in the home we eventually bought a year later. We were truly just lookie-loos at the time dreaming of owning a second home in Cordillera. We fell hard for both the cottage and Aaron. Aaron very thoughtfully and creatively kept in touch with us and kept us informed on the property. We received pertinent information on the cottage and eventually decided to move forward with a financial advisor to see if we could actually pull the trigger. Aaron was so patient and resourceful throughout the entire process. He was never pushy and he always put our family vision first. Aaron helped us not only buy the property but have a smooth move in process too. He really is great! We would 1000% use him again. He is very kind, pleasant and a joy to work with in all dealings. Cordillera is lucky to have him representing fine homes in the area.

Aaron Rabins was of immeasurable value to us as we sold two parcels of ranch land in Gypsum, Colorado. Aaron stuck with us through the listing and sale of both properties, was very effective in helping to deal with the various questions and issues raised by potential buyers, gave good counsel on preparing the land for effective showing to clients, and was not visibly fazed by some of the curve-balls thrown by at least two potential buyers (such as a last minute cancellation of contract, or objection to the priority and volume of associated water rights). I very much appreciated how well he interacted with neighboring ranchers to enlist their support, and even ended up selling one of the parcels to one of these neighboring ranchers. He is very well suited for the networking required in a rural community with a wide diversity of home and property owners.

He was very knowledgeable about the local market, and had a great network of experts to help research the surrounding areas. He was able to negotiate a solid contract for me, even in this competitive market. And once under contract, he was very organized to make sure we stayed on track with all the deadlines.
