Abby is awesome! She was very patient with first-time home buyers, and we probably looked at about 30 houses. She definitely knows her stuff about the area and I would absolutely use her again when we go to sell our house in the future!

I got Abby's name from a fellow colleague because she got top dollar for her house through Abby. Because she was so well versed in all aspects of real estate, we bought our house right before the prices began to rise again. An opportunity that surely would have been missed without her confidence and guidence. She was motivated yet patient with my entire family and me (which is saying a lot!). I appreciated her honesty. She truly wanted us to be happy with our decisions. Once we were settle in our awesome new neighborhood, my mother purchased her condo through her as well.

Abby helped me buy my first house in Florida. I'd only lived in the area for a year and wanted a more permanent place. She helped me find a nice started home that was perfect for me. It was a small home in winter park with a pool. I lived there for 5 years before deciding to find a new place. Abby helped me sell the house advising me that I should only make small improvements, not any major renovations. She helped me stage the house and take pictures for the listing. When we listed I got multiple offers and got a final contract over list price. Finally she helped me find my new house. I have a tight budget and wanted to live on a lake. I knew this could take time so she helped set up a search to show me houses. I used this to find houses that could work and she setup appointments to view them.
