When we made the decision to look for a home in Palm Coast, after living in a manufactured home, good friends of ours highly recommended Abby Schwemlein to help us in our search. What a fantastic experience we had working with her. Abby listened to our wants and needs, and was very quick to locate houses for us to look at. Once we sold our manufactured home, and had to find a place right away, she jumped into action and had several listings for us to look at within a couple of days time. We found our new home a couple of days later, she made the offer, and then guided us right on through closing. Abby has a wonderful personality, is knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area, and it was an absolute joy to work with her.
