From the very beginning, Abel was great to work with. When my wife and I contacted him to see the home which we would eventually buy, he was very professional and made a point of it that he would have our best interests in mind in spite of the fact that he was the realtor handling the sale of the property. He is very knowledgeable of the entire selling/buying process and addressed all issues that came up throughout the process (which were few). It was easy to get a hold of Abel to discuss or coordinate items that needed to be addressed. He worked in an efficient manner with the bank that financed the loan and the Title Company. There was an issue that came up on the inspection report that the seller was unwilling to address and Abel took care of it out of his own pocket. His professionalism was impressive. He even followed up with us after the closing to check and see how things were going with our new home. I would definitely recommend Abel to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
