Abel Medrano

Abel has spent the last 9 years wearing multiple hats within different asset classes of real estate. During his time in corporate real estate, Abel was an advocate for occupiers of commercial properties conducting lease negotiations, build-to-suit contracts, and headquarters relocations for many of the most significant transactions in Colorado. He is the Managing Partner for High Rock Real Estate, a boutique firm that focuses on commercial and residential real estate primarily in Denver, with offices in Vail as well. Abel is originally from Mexico and continues visiting his family along with running other businesses down there. Being a first generation university graduate, he sits on the board for College Track, an organization that supports unprivileged high school students and helps them get accepted into 4-year universities.
