Abby Winebrenner is a terrible realtor. Abby represented the people who just bought our house and has been very unprofessional from day one. To start off, when the inspection happened she allowed roughly 10 people and an animal in our home. We have an 8 month old son and with the pandemic this is unacceptable. On top of that they stayed almost a hour after the inspector left. This was not a time for a house warming party... It was still our home with all our belongings in it. She also left our home UNLOCKED afterwards. Abby also promised our realtor that her clients would be workable and give us 30 days to move out. With this happening right around Christmas time we were so relieved and grateful for our son to have his first christmas in that house. Just a couple weeks before our closing date she started lying saying that that was never agreed on despite texts that say otherwise. We tried to work with her and her clients to have less than 30 days but still enough time for us to move since we would not have anywhere to go prior to closing. They wouldn't budge and couldn't care less if we ended up on the street. She also would not respond to our realtor so everything was behind and closing was delayed again and again. The way we were treated was inhumane and no one deserves to be treated like we were.
