Abraham and Sahara are amazing! After only one phone call, we knew they were the Realtors for us. They made recommendations and initiated the search while we were still out of state. Upon finally meeting them in person, we felt like we had known them forever. They are extremely personable and caring, showing the utmost concern for every member of our family. In spite of their demanding schedules, they make you feel as if you are their only client. Abraham and Sahara caught problems during the buying process that could have been major issues after the sale. They patiently showed us house after house wanting it to be just the right one as much as we did. On the very day that our family was ready to make an offer on the house, something came to light that caused our family to walk away. The disappointment did not last very long, though, as setbacks do not slow Sahara and Abraham down at all. They went back to the drawing board and started searching again. They found a home that was even lovelier than the one our family had planned to purchase. It was filled with many upgrades, sat on a beautiful lot and was move-in ready. It showed like a model as they say. Abraham and Sahara stayed respectful of our price range and our individual needs. They helped to negotiate a final price that came in under budget even. Their knowledge and expertise is beyond compare. They know the properties, the builders, the communities and they show a deep respect to everyone - from the clients they represent to the sellers and their agents, sales reps at new home communities, HOA representatives, etc. They answered every question we ever asked of them, kept us updated, explained anything we didnt understand and helped to keep us calm through the process. They were there for the inspection, the final walk through, and the closing plus they did additional research that was very time consuming when a problem arose. Upon thanking Sahara and Abraham at one point for all that they were doing, they very humbly responded by saying that they were just doing their job, that it was nothing special. Our experience with Abraham and Sahara is a testimony to the fact that they both are very special and all that they do showed us that. They go above and beyond and they do it from the heart. They dont just help clients buy a house, they build relationships and help you find a home and lifestyle that will bring years of happiness. Thank you Sahara and Abraham for all that you have done for our family. You will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
