I originally was licensed in 2008 in New Jersey while working as a carpenter in a family business remodeling and selling houses. After moving to Seattle in 2012 I finished school in Kirkland and eventually found my way back into real estate. I live in Columbia City where my girlfriend and I recently purchased a fixer upper that we have been remodeling. I am passionate about older houses, and the restoration of them. I love all of the native trees and greenery that surround homes in this area. I feel my experience in carpentry/construction and real estate over the last 12 years gives me a unique perspective that can help you find a house that can be your forever home, as well as a house that is a good business decision as a rental. I look forward to helping others find the perfect home or investment in the Greater Seattle Area.
