My son was moving from FL to PA for college. We were in town for only 2 days and had to find an apartment. We had very particular parameters regarding what we were looking for. Adam found us the perfect rental and got it closed before we had to return to FL. In addition he gave us a very useful tour of the area. We absolutely loved working with Adam. My fiance and I are first time home buyers so we are totally new to the game but Adam made it infinitely easier for us to navigate this huge step! Adam worked with us on the purchase of our new house and also on the sale of our condo. The first time I spoke to Adam, I knew right away that I wanted him to represent us. I called my wife and said "I think I found an agent for us". He has a ton of energy, is engaged throughout the process, has a sympathetic ear and was always looking out for us. Additionally, he really knows his stuff inside and out.

Adam did an excellent job on each step of the process of selling our house. He formulated a cohesive strategy and then executed it skillfully. We were well on our way to selling the house for our asking price when, four days before closing, the whole deal appeared to fall apart. At the very last minute the buyer's bank decided not to provide a mortgage. This is when Adam really proved his value to us. Through patience, perseverance and quick thinking he helped to keep the deal together while the buyer searched for, and finally found another mortgage. The reason you want a professional on your side is for when things go wrong. We were lucky to have Adam on our side during this process!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Adam on purchase of our residential building site. We started the process looking at homes and were not too keen on what was in the market at that time. Adam was very patient throughout the process and helped us navigate through the intricacies of closing on a construction site. There were multiple negotiations back-and-forth with the sellers and Adam helped us through the process to ensure we are securely covered in the contract. It was a long closing process for a construction loan and I am glad we had someone like Adam to represent us.

Adam worked with us on the sale of our Wynnewood home. At our first meeting, Adam came prepared with pertinent information about our location and more specifically about how our home would fall within the greater market. He gave us options on how we could price our home and how different pricing scenarios might play out. After laying out the different plans, he gave his opinion on what he thought would be the best approach. We are so glad that we trusted his opinion and experience of the area and market. We received multiple offers above asking price within the first week. Adam then met with us to discuss in detail the pros and cons of each offer, again giving us options but also providing his thoughts and experience. At this point in the process we were already convinced we had made the right choice in deciding to work with Adam. We became even more certain as very near to closing we were thrown some curve balls. Adam approached each situation calmly and professionally and was able to navigate us through what could have been a disaster. You never know how good your realtor is until you are in a situation where you really need a good realtor! We were glad we had Adam.

Adam is the best! He is attentive, very capable and made our real estate experience smooth and as stress free as possible. And he has a great sense of humor! I would definitely recommend Adam.

I can't say enough about what a great experience we had working with Adam. He is incredibly knowledgeable and savvy, not to mention a joy to work with.
