Wed been looking for a place for the past year and had been unable to find a place that was affordable and suited our needs. Dave and Adam were incredible from start to finish. We called them and within a couple of days they had come to our house for an appraisal and staging suggestions, shown us houses, listed our house, and made an offer on another house. All of this happened within 3-4 days. One of them represented the sale and the other represented the purchase. It was a perfect combination of teamwork between selling our house and buying another. There were many speed bumps through the process, none of which were their fault, and they knew a solution for every road block we encountered. We were selling our house and purchasing the next one with a quick turn around and contingent offer and they made everything happen flawlessly. In 60 days of working with them, we never reached their voice mails. Both of them always answered their phones and returned text messages/emails at all hours.
