Adam listed our house on a Wednesday, scheduled an open house on Saturday and had offers same day. We had a contract Saturday night, it was remarkable. Adam did a great job all the way through the process, it was a pleasure having him sell our house.

As a first time, 25 year old homebuyer who must have emailed 50 agents before finding Adam, he was the first one who actually answered all my questions and treated me with the utmost of respect and dignity. He's well networked and will go out of his way to make sure you're going through the home-buying process with a stellar team (from mortgage broker to inspection). I can only hope my next move is in the area so I can work with him again. I worked with Adam for over a year trying to find the right property and no matter how many houses I looked at or how many questions I had, he was there advising me every step of the way. By the time I got to my closing, it was an absolute celebration! 5 stars is just not enough.

Adam Kimbrell is the most awesome realtor there is out there, he took time to help us sell our house and buy our Dream Home hole in one transaction even during the hurricane!!!
