Adam is very rooted into Staten Island so he know a lot about the area. As a first time home buyer he answered all my questions from applying for a mortgage to knowledge of neighborhoods/schools to the timeline to closing. He also recommended my broker and attorney. He is also honest and will tell you both good and bad about a property. I urge anyone looking or selling a home to speak with Adam Weintraub. When I was looking to buy a home, I ran into many realtors that did not want to make the time or effort to help me. They wanted me to do all the work and when you are not in the profession, it is really hard to do all the work. When I found Adam and showed an interest in a listing, he made an appointment with me right away and not only showed me the listing I requested but two other properties in the same area to give me options. He even showed a listing that was pending a contract but was not yet in contract to give me that option. When I decided to make an offer, he helped me decide the best offer to make that would be realistic and not insulting to the seller. After the contract was signed, he met with me for an inspection and a walk through, both times accommodating my schedule and giving me the time that I need to review the home. He even attended the closing to help us if we needed. He was always available by email, phone and text. He is very professional but he is also friendly which is something that is needed when you are buying or selling a home. I would highly recommend him for any future sale/purchase that you need to make. He will make the effort that I found lacking in many other realtors.
