Working with Adam was a breeze. He is hard working, honest and kind. He was always available to answer any questions that I had no matter how trivial. Adam did everything he could to help us get our house and we have never been happier.

I typically do not write reviews, but I found it a necessity to take some of my time in order to be certain Adam Slivka received a a 5 star review. He has a wonderful personality and is extremely helpful/patient. He also possesses all of the necessary knowledge (and experience) to make your home purchasing process a pleasure. Between listing our home to finally finding the perfect home for our family, Adam was with us every step of the way. He responded to every question, no matter how trivial it may have been. My wife and I found that Adam was 100% on our side from the first minute we met with him to become our realtor. What he told us he would do, he did, on time, and provided us the information exactly as he described. From sending us auto-emails of new listings, updates on properties we liked, and a customized search, he helped us find the house of our dreams. Further, Adam was also an easy choice to be our realtor when we sold our home as well. Working with Adam was the best choice we ever made when deciding to look for a home. Adam made himself available through phone calls, email, text, and in person whenever we needed him or had any questions or concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business and about all of the types of homes that he showed us. My wife and I really appreciated that he was honest and direct about the conditions of the houses and didnt try to sell us or sugar coat anything, he let us decide for ourselves what we liked and didnt like about the houses that we saw. Adam did a great job helping us find what we hope will be our forever home. He was extremely responsive anytime we had questions, knowledgeable on everything we asked him (if he didn't know the answer, he had a solution for how we could get it). We had a few unique circumstances that delayed our closing, all of which were out of his control and ours, but Adam was nothing short of professional, calm, and reassuring throughout. Adam was excellent. Our situation was tough with my husband being in the area and myself in Florida during most of the process. Adam was extremely patient with us and found us an amazing house. Adam was great to work with!! Being a military family, we found ourselves needing to find a home in PA, a state we knew nothing about, all while living in TN.
