To Whom it May Concern,I met Adele Galus approximately five years ago while I was looking for properties in the Loomis area. Meeting Adele was a lucky day for both of us. Not only is Adele Galus a true professional at her job, over the last five years Adele has become a good friend, it seems like none of our dealing were easy, I purchased a home in Roseville for my daughter, but as luck would have it, I was in Maui when it all came together, everything was done by faxes, emails and e-sign, not only did accomplish the sale, she got the price I wanted.Our next property was a bank owned! These deals are never easy when dealing with a bank. But I had Adele as my "Team Captain". There were a lot of disclosures and conditions to be signed. Adele got everything put together and we had an accepted offer in less than a week.Unfortunately, things happen and I was forced to sell both properties, so Adele went to work. The home in Roseville had a signed offer in less than a week, the home needed a lot of T L C but we had multiple offers and Adele got us a great price in the "AS IS" condition it was in. We even sold it for a profit. The other property was a large property in Granite Bay.I live in Bay Area so keeping everything in a top sale condition wasn't easy for me. I NEVER had a Realtor do what Adele did for me, (I have a close friend who is a Realtor and he and I have bought and sold many properties together, he is a very good agent, but he is a rookie compared to Adele Galus.Adele not only got the property sold but because I didn't live close, Adele took on the task of keeping the property in the best condition to get it sold. When you sell a large country property there are always more issues to be addressed; Well test, Septic, Inspections, Easements, property lines, and many more. Adele was on the job to make sure things were done. I have rambled a little, but Adele does the job and there are not enough words to say about Adele. So, if you want the best Realtor, then Adele Galus is the agent you would want, if I ever need an agent in the greater Sacramento area, I will call Adele Galus.
