Adrian Banu

Unfortunately for me , I thrusted him , and excused all the red flags that came along , he made excuses for every question mark in regard to to the unit , unfortunately for me I was press for time to move out from a pricey monthly rental , sadly I trusted a very non-experienced agent , in top of everything I had to pay for an "inspector"-his friend , he told me , this is standard procedures , I had to move inn to realize that Adrian sold me very hard to sell nightmarish fixer upper , Adrian pleaded with me to give him a Wonderfull review, Adrian should know I will sell this unit and buy a house, to bad for him he only saw the tree and miss the forest ! My suggestion for senior citizen on the buyer market , be very aware of red flags , a rotted apple can spoil the basket , however I feel positive thinking the majority of Professional Agents are Honest ! From my experience, Adrian is NOT !
