Adrian Caramihai

My husband and I we had a great experience with Adrian. He's a very nice guy, very responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to find us multiple properties for our specific criteria. We are both coming from Europe, working in the Romanian Consulate in New York, and we needed someone to guide us through this city and to recommend the best possible options for our needs. He walked with us through different neighborhoods and facilitated the whole process from preparing the package, submitting the offer, to finally signing the contract.I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone looking to find their next home, and I will work again with pleasure with him in the future !

We've had a great experience with Adrian. As first home-buyers, we needed a good agent to guide us through the whole process, from getting pre-approved, choosing between lenders, being aware of the different tactics to maximize our tax deductions, and finally to find an apartment that we'd love! After the 2nd meeting with Adrian we placed the offer on our new home and got approved instantly, for below the asking price. We can use that money for making some home decorations and buying furniture. He went above and beyond in researching questions for us. He even sent us the public financial documents of the building, so we could review as part of the buying process.Overall, this whole process was quick, effective and delightful!I recommend you, Adrian! :)
