I rented a house from Adrian Diaz & just moved. I put down an $580 deposit & $300 cleaning fee at the time of move in. The day I got my keys I walked into a house that was so dirty it had grease plats on the walls, there were tall weeds in backyard & remaining items still in the garage & shed. I was also only given 1 key when I moved in & when I lost my key while camping I was charged $65 to get a new 1 from him. When I moved out the house was cleaner than when I moved in. I expected the carpet to be taken out as I did not have time to clean it. However, I was charged $120 for him to repaint the garage which NO damage was done too. The garage walls were the exact same as they were when I moved in. I was also charged $70 for weeds when I only had 2 small piles of weeds which had been pulled & raked up (I was unable to dispose of them). Renting from this gentleman was in my top 3 worst renting experiences & I would not recommend this company to anyone.
