I went on zillow one night to find the zestimate for my Patterson Ca. house. The very next morning Adrian called first at 8 am. I told him I was going to sell my house but wasn't sure when. I was waiting for my wife to retire but she hadn't picked a date yet and it wouldn't be fair to give him a date until she put in her paperwork. Adrian said he understood but could he call me in a month or so to keep in touch. I told him yes and didn't really expect to hear from him again. That was in February of 2025. We talked every month until june when my wife filed for retirement and I called him and said we were ready. Adrian went into action and started a tidal wave of things rolling for us. Adrian was very upfront and matter of factly with us about our 25 years of stuff. 75 % of it had to go. it took us 2 months to get the house cleared so the professionals he helped us line up could come in and strip 25 years of wear away. We worked right along with them and really changed our house into a beautiful place that showed great . Buy this time the housing market had shifted to be problematic for a quick sale. Adrian assured us we would be o.k. and our house would sell. He has a photographer who made a video of our house that was amazing. He really showed our good side. Finally we had a good offer we accepted. Adrian has a whole team in place to walk you through the entire closing process. There were many twists and turns along the way and Adrian showed real leadership and a steady hand to keep us informed by the minute what was happening. Adrian was full service from the first talk in February to the final congratulations in December. As a mater of fact we had a problem with having someone pick up our last bit of garbage and after the sale he stepped in and had his guy get it and Adrian picked up the cost and told me not to worry about it. 10 months in the making but Adrian was there at every step of the way with facts, advise. and encouragement.

Adrian did a fantastic job. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. A lot of signage on the day of the open house. My house didn't get lost in the maze of other homes being for sale in the same area. He listened to my requirements and planned the entire sale of the house around my requirements. The biggest thing... he listened. So refreshing. He orchestrated all the inspections to happen on the same day which was so nice. Coached me on how to get the house ready for showing. He was just great. Coached my on how to determine the home's value and how to position it in the market, all that stuff. He removed the stress of selling the house. I highly recommend Adrian.

Contacted Adrian Goss in 2020 for advice regarding sale of 3Bed2bath home in Turlock CA. Decided to sell in Jan 21. Adrian arranged for online video virtual walk-through presentation. Decided to price home somewhat above local market due to special features (all electric, solar panels, pool, access to alley, ...). Adrian had thorough knowledge about local market, real estate agents, and available services. Two offers from qualified buyers within first week at asking price. Adrian kept me informed about all inspections and sales process. Escrow closed on schedule. Completely satisfied. Have recommended Adrian to friends.

We ended up going with Adrian for his knowledge, experience and complete understanding of the market in our area. Once we signed the paperwork, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only is Adrian a true professional, but everyone he works with is the same way.
