Adrian Manzanares

Adrian was incredible. He listened to our wants and needs, helped us every step ofthe journey through the home buying process. Quite a number of times, he got us into see homes the same day we found them! When our loan process got hung upbecause of the lender, Adrian was right there to help us navigate rough waters. Hisintegrity and commitment to excellence are the best I've seen in real estate in 25years!

Without hesitation, I recommend Adrian for your real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable of all the different areas in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. I was beyond satisfied with Adrian's responsiveness to questions and requests for showings. Having a young child, he was always very accommodating to our schedule. When a unique zoning issue presented itself during the closing process of our investment property, he was always there to guide us and even made phone calls to city departments for answers. If you're looking for a realtor who listens to your needs, desires and budget, look no further and trust in Adrian.
