We connected with Adrian through when we were in the area on vacation and looking for houses. We told him what we were looking for and we had a few places picked out to look at. He took the time and took us to all the places and some of them were really bad and he found a place that was in our in budget and perfect for us. We went back to our home state and he continued to work with us and keep us updated on everything. We had a few things happen with the mortgage company we were working with and he had a solution in no time and made the purchase process happen for us.

Adrian was very patient with my wife and I as we had very different preferences. He was always available and always very attentive to our needs. His knowledge of cost to change something in a home was very valuable. It was all a great experience. I highly recommend him to others.

It was very aware of my culture being British Adrian is very polite and very helpful to solve the problems and issues you have to experience of completing your sale. He is very patient and kind. It is a stressful for moving home and especially an International move. Covid of course has been somewhat of a new experience. Adrian is very good at meeting these issues and will go above and behind to help you in any way necessary.

Adrian helped me purchase my first home last year. As the first one in my family to ever buy a home, I knew absolutely nothing about the process and Adrian was fantastic at explaining everything to me and my family. My housing needs were different from most and I needed a home to accommodate 5 ADULT people. Adrian was able to get us into a home with plenty of space within my tight budget. He has truly been a blessing!
