Adrian was paramount in the process of purchasing my first home. I knew my budget fell in investment territory and I had heard horror stories of cash offers coming in over the asking price and beating out 25 other offers. In fact, my very first offer was beaten out by $25,000! I figured the process would take months and I would be settling for something smaller or further out of my commute than I wanted. Instead, Adrian showed me 15 properties over the course of two weeks. With his help, after only three offers, he had me under contract within two weeks and closed in 26 days!! It may seem fast, but there were no hiccups during the escrow process and Adrian took care of everything. Thanks to him, I am in the perfect first home. It was under budget, within a 15-minute commute, was move-in ready and has more amenities than I thought I would be able to afford on my budget.
