Heather is the reason why we are now living in the house of our dreams. We were relocating from Texas and had limited time to visit and see homes and she was relentless in her quest to show us the types of homes she knew we wanted. She turned an overwhelming task into a fun adventure. During the buying process she stayed on top of everything, was always available and advocated for us on multiple occasions. Her local knowledge was very impressive and her calmness was often required while we navigated the complicated waters of moving 1500 miles!

Heather and Adrienne are the ultimate real estate professionals. From the get go, it was very obvious from the materials we were provided that they were knowledgeable about the area and helped us price the house to sell. They were quite efficient, informative and timely with all of the related tasks and procedures. The house in fact had an offer at the asking price 1-2 days after it went on the market (i.e. MLS listing). Posting the house on Zillow much earlier with great photos built up the excitement for potential buyers. We had at least 100+ viewers (half of whom saved it) over the entire period (Zillow only displays the last 30 days of data). I recommend Heather and Adrienne to anyone shopping for the right realtors.

We sold our house in 19 days & its largely due to the work of Heather & Adrienne. Complete professionals who are detail oriented, which makes for zero concerns throughout the process. These ladies were amazing. Not only did they sell our home quickly but they worked with us through the purchase process too. With it being s sellers market, the latter ended up being much more challenging. But they made the process so much easier. Their expertise in negotiating and knowing market along with the things to look for in a home are excellent. They have integrity in all they do which is not always easy to find and are quick to respond to text or phone calls. I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs.

I chose Adrienne and Heather because of their fantastic reviews and the fact that they lived in the market I was selling in (Wellington). So they knew the area inside and out. Both of them were super knowledgeable, timely and professional. They work as a team which I liked too. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process and helped me get a fair price for my town home. In addition, they put together the listing, constructed the advertisements, scheduled open houses and showings, booked a photographer, etc. Everything a good realtor does but better and with a personal touch. We were always in contact throughout the process which was great because it allowed me to ask questions or follow up on details.
