We made an offer on a home this agent was selling. They accepted offer, so we paidd for the inspection and scheduled it. Since the inspection (which was favorable and did not lead to any changes on accepted offer) this realtor has refused to answer any phone calls or emails from our realtor. It is beyond unprofessional behavior. If seller has changed his mind, this man could just pick up the phone and explain (but also, why have us pay for an inspection if seller you are representing isn't sure of offer he accepted?). Instead of having the basic human decency and respect to reply to us, he simply refuses to answer. We called from a different line and asked to be shown the house we had inspected and he called back right away to offer to show it. STAY AWAY. UNTRUSTWORTHY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOU TRY TO NEGOTIATE ON A HOME BEING SOLD BY THIS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY AGENT.
