Aj Lape

My name is AJ Lape, I got my Oregon Brokers License in 2012 and work at HomeSmart Realty in Salem, OR. I work in the Willamette Valley; primarily around the Salem / Keizer and surrounding area, but have gone out further when necessary. Like most Realtors I’ve closed a variety of interesting deals since I started this career. From small repossessed homes for investors to large beautiful horse properties and everything in between. What I enjoy doing the most though, is listing new properties on the market and working with veterans and first time home buyers. I really enjoy educating them about the process and what’s available to them. Speaking of listings, if you are a seller then you should call me now to see just what services that I provide to my sellers as a standard. You are unlikely to find them anywhere else. I’m currently a Sophomore at Lane Community College. I’m getting my Associate of Applied Science in their Flight Technology program.
