- Alan listed, but didn't sell, my home
Based on his history, I contacted him to sell my home. Once I signed with him, I could never get him on the phone. I went to his office at different times of day and days of week. No one was ever there. Doors locked, lights out. He never responded to text message, email, phone calls. I had to wait until my listing expired and then signed with another agency. I would suggest avoiding this guy at all costs. He is clearly going out of business.
