Alan is a liar! If you want someone who is honest and will not cut you when your back is to him, STAY AWAY! He was my landlord fo almost 10 years. That’s a long time to then when you leave and need a recommendation he goes out of his way to lie and prevent you from getting a roof over your children’s heads. Then have the nerve to say “he was fond of us”. Bitch please! If that’s how he shows fondness, I’d hate to see how he demonstrates it to his momma. He becomes a two faced, devil. If I was so horrible why let us rent that long, especially on a month to month lease for the remaining 8 years, and NOT kick us out? Then tell everyone we destroyed his property, and made him have to replace the carpets...BITCH, we were there 9+ years, your pathetic cheap ass should have replaced them for your tenants a long time ago! And this is me saying something nice about him!
