The Daniels Team was a huge help when we were buying our first home. We felt like we could truly trust them and they were giving us honest, wise, and helpful information about the houses we were looking at. The website they gave us access to was great fun to search for houses and it was a huge help to see what is out there. We loved being able to use their truck to help us move as well. We would (and have) highly recommend the Daniels Team to assist with buying or selling a home. You can trust them.

This real estate group is honest and hard working. We enjoyed our experience greatly. In 2014 we looked at listing our house but decided not to based on the market. Alan contacted us the following year and did another assessment of our home. We decided to list in July of 2015, and had it sold 9 days later. We had many showings every day. It's been a great and seamless experience through selling and working with the contract until closing day. The team has always kept us in the loop and was always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this group for selling or buying a home!!!

Glad you came across the Daniels Team. They are an extremely professional and experienced team, as they have been in Real Estate here is Springs for decades. We bought our current home with their team and they did most of the leg work for us, as I was in Afghanistan at the time. I trusted them 100% and they listened to all of our concerns with the school districts, type of home, etc. We ended up buying the house sight unseen, but felt like we saw it because they provided so much insight into the home and sent several videos. We have bought and sold many homes, and we definitely had the best experience with them. They always had our interest in mind, and we never felt like they were commission-driven. They were top-notch in regards to communication, and we knew all details of the process at all times. They have solid relationships with local builders and Realtors, and this was helpful in the negotiation process. The Daniels team did a great job helping us sell our home in a very short period of time. After receiving Military orders to move out of state, we knew we needed to close within a few months. They helped us find a buyer quickly and the closing went smoothly with their guidance. We would highly recommend them.

Alan was amazing! Helped me by suggestions on staging...less than an hour after taking pictures of the house we had showings scheduled and offers in less than 24 hours! They had an awesome electrician that helped us save THOUSANDS of dollars....and a handyman that helped take care of some last minute things to help the closing go off without a hitch! Our experience was fantastic--we looked at three different regions and Colorado, and by far, Alan and Brian won us over. Yes, it was their ability to hear what we wanted--property with a house--and his patience to let us see the house one more time--but importantly to us, as we were flying home in 3 days--was to get our bid in, and to connect us with a mortgage broker before we left the springs. The Daniels Team at Re/Max Advantage in Colorado Springs is amazing. Weve been searching for our new Home for a year- not an easy task since we currently live in Europe and had to do a lot of groundwork via email and phone calls. We had a good head-start because the Daniels website is excellent and proved to be a strong home finding generator for us. Changing our search criteria for the automated listings was also very easy. We eventually made a couple trips to Colorado Springs to house/land hunt and we really appreciated the personalized attention we received.
