While Alan was excellent at all aspects of listing and selling our home, he stands out among his peers regarding post offer and preparation for close. Alan has vast knowledge of how the systems of the home work and who can be helpful checking off any repair punch card. He worked hard preinspection to solve problems before they were discovered and helped us get every last bit of low hanging fruit ($). We loved our former real estate agent, and when she retired she steered us to Alan. It was great advice.
We had an amazing experience with Mr. Dolce. When I first contacted him he was on vacation, but he still answered every question and returned every call. I cannot say enough about what a professional Alan is. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. He advised us about the neighborhood, the schools, the financing, and even construction of the home, as he is a former home builder. From start to finish, we felt like we had a trusted friend advising us along the way. Even after we closed on the home Alan was helping us set up the utilities, and with other issues as we settled in.
