Alan helped me buy a home
As first-time parents and home-buyers, we had a lot questions and expectations. Having sat on the fence for over a year we decide to take the plunge and commit to buying a home. Alan helped us navigate through the home-buying process, working with our idiosyncrasies and preferences for that perfect house that we'd want to call home. With home tours every weekend and sometimes during office hours in the week, Alan always made time for us and shared his expert opinion based on a deep understanding of the Seattle neighborhoods. We eventually narrowed down to a house in a few months and Alan helped negotiate the deal and got us all the upgrades we wanted. Overall, Alan showed professionalism and commitment throughout the process. We are glad to have had him on our side and would strongly recommend him to first-time or seasoned home buyers alike.

Alan helped me buy a home in Bellevue. Our requirements with very specific and uncommon and Alan took time to understand our unique needs and researched homes and shortlisted homes for us to see every weekend.
