Alan Morrison

I am a young guy and I am new to the area. I had run across Alan on accident while I already had a Realtor. When she was not getting the job done I came to him for help. What had taken 4 months to do (or not do), had only taken a few weeks with Alan. We talked everyday and found several options that were a good fit for me. Finally we found the perfect house for what I need. Alan truly cared about me and what I needed. I recommend Alan for anyone going through their first home purchase. As a first time home buyer, we had A LOT of questions and were very uncertain about the market trends. Alan was very patient with us and took all of our questions seriously. He was very responsive and never kept us waiting for any answers. After telling him what we were looking for (and trust me the list was long), he took the time to find us our home in a great neighborhood. Through each step in the process, Alan explained to us what was going to happen during that time and what the next step would be. We were truly fortunate to have him as a realtor and I continue to refer him to other friends, co-workers, and family members

I am so glad that I found Alan. I had a limited budget and with the market being so "limited" I thought I wouldn't ever find a house in my price range. Alan kept looking and when he found the right house he was there for me every step of the way. I knew that buying a home could be stressful and that there was a lot of back and forth negotiations between the seller and buyer. Alan was very detailed in explaining what each item meant for me the buyer and what he sees in industry trends. There was no question that he left unanswered. At no point did I feel lost in the buying process
