"One year before I bought my house I called Alan about my desire of buying a house in the near future. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with the process and did not know what I needed in terms of credit, income, etc. Alan explained to me everything I needed to know, even thought I was not going to buy a house at that very moment. Alan was great in all aspects. He helped us buy a home and rent out our condo at the same time. He was always responsive no matter the time of day. He walked us through all of our questions and kept us organized through the whole process. He went out of his way to help us deal with an unreasonable lender. All of his recommendations turned out great. They were all cross-referenced on Angie's list and had A ratings. The only mistake we made into whole process was to not take his advice on what to look for in a lender.
