Alan has been in the investment community for over 50 years, 20 years of which as the Co-Founder of MuniciCorp of California. MuniciCorp grew to be one of the largest underwriters Municipal bonds in US, with 300 employees, over 51,000 clients and sales in excess of one billion dollars annually.
In 1992, his focus changed to the real estate market, and he formed Future In-Site Realty, a licensed full service brokerage, FutureVision Development Group and FutureVision Properties, LLC. His initial focus was to purchase, entitle and develop properties, including commercial multi-family and senior developments.
Currently, FutureVision (www.futureinsiterealty.com) has specialized in the acquisition, renovation and development of distressed properties, as well as buys homes for cash and representing buyers and sellers in the local community.
