As a former realtor and individual who knows a large number of realtors, I can say with absolute confidence that Albert Pavon and his team are the best realtors in the area. Pavon handled both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home. We did a dual closing which is very difficult to accomplish without issues arising. As a direct result of Pavon's knowledge of the area (Lake Clarke Shores) and the market trends we were able to properly price my house for sale and it was under contract within 14 days. We know the house sold so quickly due to the open houses Pavon held and his widespread marketing of the open houses. The presentation Pavon and his team made during each of the open houses was top notch and one couple (the one that bough my house) said the presentation was that of a "Million Dollar Agent". They knew that with the manner in which Pavon marketed the house, etc. it was not going to just sit on the market. They ended up paying more than my list price! Any realtor can hold an open house and create a listing. However, it takes years of experience, knowledge and skills to properly list the house, present the house, show the house, and market the house. It is in these specific areas that Pavon and his team set themselves apart from the rest. In addition to all the intangibles that Pavon and his team bring to the table, Pavon also knows great mortgage brokers and title company personnel to make the process run smoothly. I utilized his referrals to pull off a dual closing with no contingencies on the sale of one home to buy the other. Few would attempt such a transaction - but with Pavon as my realtor it was smooth sailing as he handled every obstacle that came our way without me having to get involved in the minutia. If you are looking to sell your home and do it the right way - Pavon is the agent broker you need to contact ASAP. Side note - while the above process was taking place he sold 2 other homes nearby - one inside 30 days total - all the while a nearby house (not a Pavon listing) continued to sit on the market month after month after month and continues to sit there with no contingent offers, etc. as of the time this review was prepared.
