Just recently we purchased our second home with Albert's help. About a year before we actually initiated the search for the perfect home we knew we had to work with Albert. Albert has proven to be a real estate Guru regardless of his young appearance. He helped us from getting us ready for the estimated down payment, credit requirements, through dealing with the various bank options, negotiating with sellers, and until 7:30 PM at my the convenience of my office for closing.Albert also helped us rent out our rental property in Homestead. When we decided on buying a house we lived each day educating ourselves about the market, we asked questions to family and friends our neighbors, we Googled, we YouTubed, we saw houses, we met with lenders, realtors, inspectors appraisers, insurance companies, we did as much research as we could, and EVERYONE had different answers, it was scary, at the end of the day we didn't want look back and regret the decision we, oh so anxiously, wanted to make.
