He had recommendations for quality vendors to perform minor work on the house before we listed, he helped us pick a normal shade of paint, and he staged it like a genius, making our existing furniture look so much better than it did while we lived there. When our Mom passed away unexpectedly last year we thought the hard part would be planning for her services but it really hit us when it came time to sell our childhood home. Then we met our realtor Aldo. He walked us through the whole process. Made reasonable recommendations and provided a day to day analysis/update throughout the whole process. Im all about customer service, so I will be highlighting some things that may often go overlookedMy wife & I just purchased our first home and pretty much assumed that any realtor would be fine. Boy were we wrong! We only looked at about 10 houses over the course of a few months, but every showing was an absolute delight. Aldo showed up to every showing early and always had multiple copies of listing sheets. It rained during one of our showings and Aldo handed us an umbrella. We never had a text or a phone call go unanswered. If we had a question, Aldo got us the answer whether he knew it or had to find out the answer for us. The buying process can be arduous at times, but having someone in your corner cheering and walking you through it made it much more bearable; we even had a lot of fun! Aldo helped us from the very beginning to the very end.I will buy & sell every home in the future through Aldo and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.
