The current market made me very apprehensive to sell my home. The home prices, limited inventory and fast offers made me uncomfortable. Aleeta guided me through the process, broke down the market trends and gave me an incredible list of comps that put me at ease for selling my home. She worked tirelessly in searching for my new home and came up with a list of candidates that met all my criteria despite the limited inventory. She found an absolute gem and guided me through the offer process that was much different than my previous home buying experience in different markets.
