I have been in real estate industry since 1996 when I worked in commercial real estate management. Then in 2001, after obtaining my Texas license I began working vacation and second-home coastal property sales and moved into farm & ranch properties in 2003. Then in 2007, my family and I relocated to Katy, TX where I now practice residential real estate. I have a Certified Negotiating Expert Designation as well as a National Association of Realtor e-Pro Designation which basically means I have undergone a little more training to better service my clients in negotiations and internet marketing which happens to by my specialty.
