Alex Adabashi is the total package. His personality, his honesty, his professionalism is second to none. He has extensive knowledge of Real Estate, Appraisal Procedures and the current Real Estate Market. Alex listened to our sales plan and our wants and concerns. He prepared a marketing plan for our home that included outstanding professional photography, advice for staging our property, and to only bring us "qualified" prospective buyers. Ended up finding a wonderful home that had just gone on the market. A lot of demand for the home but we were one of the first to see and first to put in an offer, which got us the home! Alex recently sold my Summerlin home and set a record price in our neighborhood. Not only was Alex aggressive in negotiations to get me top dollar but he met the appraiser at the house to justify the price and personally show him all the upgrades and money that we spent on the home. We had several offers from discount real estate agents to list our home however we went with Alex who charges the standard 6% fee and it was well worth it. We may have actually lost money by hiring one of the discount Realtors who dont have the experience and negotiation skills that Alex has. . Alex also helped us find the perfect home for our family that we had been looking for over a year and could not find.
