Alex Patch

My husband and I were living overseas during the house hunting and house purchasing process. That made communication and trust with our realtor indispensable. Even with geographic challenges Alex was always reachable. Emails were answered immediately and scheduled phone calls were always honored. Alex organized the inspection and requisite experts with expedience and showed up on our behalf. Furthermore he gave us excellent advice regarding the market and guidance on making an offer. I believe Alex helped ease the pressure of a potentially stressful undertaking. We are so happy in our home!

Alex was very patient during the process of buying a new house and selling our old house. He provided guidance during some early frustration and was professional and attentive. We would definately refer him to potential clients.
