Alex helped my husband and I purchase a home in Dallas after relocating from out of state. We were new to the area and he was patient with showing us various areas and provided local perspective on how the neighborhoods may fit our needs to aid our decision. We encountered some issues with the home we purchased in the inspection process and he was quick to recommend contractors that his clients had previous experience with so that we could quickly obtain multiple bids and decide whether to move forward with the property. Another thing to mention, we were not buying/selling million dollar homes like many of the Briggs Sothesby clients but we were treated as such. I never had any issues with communication. In fact we talked and saw each other so much during the process it was sad when it was all over. We realized we wouldn't be seeing an advisor, who had become our friend, anymore and it was a little sad for us.
