Buying a house is stressful, but layer in being 6 months pregnant during a pandemic and you can imagine my nerves, but working with Alex literally gave me such a feeling of comfort that it made the whole process not only painless but very enjoyable! She's incredibly responsive, listens to everything you need/ want, and is proactive in the ENTIRE process. She's incredibly knowledgable about real estate, the Los Angeles neighborhoods, and ways to make your offer stand out in a VERY competitive market. I wouldn't be sitting in my dream home (that we got WAY under asking) if it wasn't for her. She's the absolute best, and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I just closed escrow on a beautiful home that I would never have gotten if I didn't have Alex as my agent. I found Alex on yelp and was impressed the first time she spoke to me. Alex knew all the details and ins and outs of the home buying process. I was trying to buy a home while juggling work and I found Alex was always a step ahead with everything. She was punctual at every meeting and at every home was saw. I could tell she wasn't just in a rush to close a home, but really wanted me to find the right home. Alex advocates very strongly for me when communicating with the seller's agent and even my own lender!! There was serious time pressure and Alex put a fire under my lever to get the bank to process my loan within the time frame three seller required. I was more than impressed. I bought a home at the most competitive time when the inventory was really low so I had a lot of competition to deal with when I made an offer. Alex helped me through the entire process and she was was available by phone, text and email seven days a week! I never had an agent as hard working and diligent as Alex. Even after I just closed, Alex was still emailing me info to help me settle in my new home. I can't recommend Alex enough. I would give her ten stars if I could!!

Alex is the BEST! So invested, thorough, and intelligent. She eased so many anxieties along the way through our first LA home purchase experience. As a first time home buyer, I had my many reservations and fears about the whole process - it all seemed extremely overwhelming! Alex immediately erased all of that. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and punctual with her information, she was also extremely gracious with her time and always willing to explain things a second or third time. Alex truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her I am now typing this from our new home! My family was assigned to both Alex and another agent on Zillow for different zip codes when we initially wanted to check out some open houses and didn't know what we were doing. We met with both, but chose Alex. It was an easy choice because she was courteous and sent us some personalized options right off the bat. Her attention to detail and rapid-fire communication made her stand out compared to the other agent.We toured a dozen homes with Alex and it quickly felt like we were family. We also decided to hire multiple specialists to come to the house and Alex handled all the logistics and communication with the seller in a way that put us at ease. We are so happy in our new home!!
