With great pleasure we recommend the realty services of Mr. Alexander Monahan, Gulf Region Realty sales associate. We connected with him after inquiring about a condo for sale posted on their store front. He showed us that one as well as many others before we returned to Canada. Periodically he would e-mail us listings that came available within our search requirements and if we were interested, he would go and send us pictures he had taken of the listing. Over many months he patiently worked behind the scenes, keeping us educated on the available market. Then in the Fall of 2014, Alex found us a condo in Naples that had potential and we began the long distance negotiations to close the deal. With Alex's guidance we purchased our condo. We are very thankful that after the deal closed and we came down to see what we had bought, it met and exceeded our expectations. We can assure any future clients that Alex is current in many technical methods of serving long distance inquiries. We respected his ethics and integrity in the manner he handled all our dealings.
