Alexander Munsell

I have worked with Alex Munsell in selling multiple properties and he has always been very knowledgeable in the current market and he communicates effectively in which we have sold our properties quick and hassle free.

Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. He persuaded me that my residential property, which needed a lot of work, was worth more in the marketplace than I had thought. As a result I listed it with Alex. He immediately assumed responsibility for marketing the home and negotiated with potential buyers to obtain the asking price in a quick and efficient manner.

Alex was a phenomenal agent. I met him at a real estate meet-up and he opened my eyes to markets I had not considered. He guided me and my partner every step of the way going above and beyond not only finding our property, but interacting with the sellers and obtaining critical information to help us make an informed decision and run the proforma. My business partner kept remarking at how she had never met an agent like him, and I agreed! Highly recommend. We will continue our search for new properties and will definitely rely on Alex in the future!

Alex did a great as my purchasing agent. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and punctual throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property and I'll definitely use him again. Thanks Rick

Alex was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home. Not only did he answer all of our questions and in a timely manner, but he is so friendly and personable! He went above and beyond to help us, not just with the purchase, but by finding us a temporary rental in between the sale and purchase of our homes, and recommending a contractor for a new roof. He is truly our hero, and we recommend him for all of your real estate needs!

I worked with Alex to purchase a new home, he went above and beyond my expectations. Every time I changed my mind, wanted a different location, and so much more he was ready. Never complained, and even when on vacation answered my text and checked in with me. I felt like I was his only client. Extremely dedicated, respectful, responsive, and hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Alex did a great job both selling our former home and helping us to purchase a new home. Alexprovided clear communication and helpful insight into the market. He answered our questions in atimely manner and provided honest feedback. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

i have been chasing listings in Maine while living in NM. Alex always was very quick to respond to my texts and emails. when we were negotiating on a property, he structured a counter proposal that the seller accepted and saved me a couple thousand dollars! Jessica Tripp handled the closing docs and made it happen in a matter of weeks! Alex continues to check in and offer help and advice during the move. . i am impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and am thankful for all they did for me.

Alex Munsell was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again in the future. He is knowledgeable and is able to understand what you are looking for and help you find the perfect property.

Josh and Alex are a pleasure to work with. They are both very knowledgeable and consistent, easy communicators. We have worked together on several transactions and in each instance they have made the process very easy. I highly recommend the Cousineau team for all types of transactions, first time buyers to seasoned investors!
